Process

As part of the ongoing process, reports are provided weekly or as often as negotiated to the client contact noting the efforts made and results obtained. CV’s are forwarded on a rolling basis.  Recruiting Services Canada maintains contact with candidate and client throughout the hiring process to the conclusion of the first year of employment.

  1. The needs of the client are reviewed, and a proposal / contract provided for signature.
  2. The client provides a detailed job description.
  3. Ongoing communication, no less than weekly begins at the agreed start date as noted above.
  4. Referral of candidates on a rolling basis (as they become known and interested) to the client
  5. Telephone interview date and time arranged by Recruiting Services Canada
  6. Site visit arranged through the client
  7. Search efforts continue until a suitable candidate is selected
  8. Offer if appropriate made to candidate by the client and the “search” efforts then focus on securing the hire
  9. Negotiations facilitated as necessary by Recruiting Services Canada
  10. Candidate signs offer and their start date determined.

Throughout the process assistance is given to candidates to facilitate moving, licensing procedures (if applicable) from appropriate organizations in the province.
