We are delighted to offer a new, client-centered approach to recruiting that deals with the realities of the recruiting business in 2010. While meeting those clients needs, we remain cognizant of the needs of candidates as well. Our success is found only when there is a happy match between client and candidate and thus both receive equal attention throughout our process.

Recruiting Services Canada provides specialized recruiting services to clients seeking external support for their ongoing recruiting endeavors currently made through their human resources departments.  Our purpose is to provide focused search services to fill positions that have proven difficult to fill through the traditional efforts of the client organization. The services provided are support and are in no way intended to be exclusive or undermine current efforts.  Clients remain free to accept direct applications.  A client may desire to involve our specialized team in work with direct applicants and this will be accommodated.

Recruiting Services Canada is growing currently providing recruiting services for all avenues of professional need in fields of education and medicine. New divisions for IT and Finance are under development.
